Pad System Rental Program Overview

Often, the best way to complete a sale on a large purchase such as a InLight System is to allow the prospective customer to rent a system first. Once the have the opportunity to have Light Therapy daily, in their own home, they are much more likely to commit to a purchase.

If you wish to rent your own systems, that is fine. However, you can also chose to rent the PTI systems and we split the rental fees and/or resulting commissions (50/50) with you. Rental costs are based upon which controller and how many pads the client rents – most clients purchase what they are already familiar with. We will do our best to accommodate special pad configurations if we happen to have them in stock. We can rent 2 Port or 6 Port systems, usually with your selection of pads.

Rental Prices Per Week (subject to change – please call us if you have quoted a different price)

• 2 Port – 2 Pad – $200 per week
• 6 Port – 6 Pad – $300 per week

Renting PTI Systems to your Customer:

Follow these steps to set up the rental with your customer:

• Contact PTI at Rentals@PhotonicTherapyInstitute.com to confirm that we have the necessary rental system in stock
• Confirm the System Rental Fee and Rental Term with your customer
• Download the PTI System Rental form and send it to your customer with instructions to fully complete the form and return it to both YOU and PTI at Rentals@PhotonicTherapyInstitute.com
• Ask your customer to confirm receipt of system with you so that you can notify PTI to begin the rental period
• Follow the steps outlined in the article “Following Up with a Pad Based Rental Customer” to help your customer get the best results from their rental system

When a Client / Prospect rents a system they can put the first 2 weeks of rental fees towards the purchase price of a new InLight system. If they choose to rent for longer than 2 weeks, or choose not to purchase, we then split the rental fees with you 50/50.   You will not receive your rental fee payment until the commission period after the rental is completed.

Once the Client / Prospect chooses to purchase an InLight system – PTI handles the purchase and paperwork with InLight. You then receive your standard 20% commission on the purchase. It is YOUR job to keep in regular contact with the Client / Prospect to assist them in getting the best results with their system and to help them configure the best system for their needs and budget. PTI is happy to assist with this process if you need us.
