Photopuncture Torch Warranty & Returns

Our PTI Photopuncture Torches come with a 1 year warranty for all parts.  If your torch starts behaving badly (or not a all) first try fully recharging your battery by plugging your charger into a DIFFERENT USB adapter/port. Some USB adapters/ports can’t provide enough power for the charger to adequately charge your battery.  Switching to a different port may solve the problem and prevent the need for a return.

We recommend plugging your Battery Charger into the USB port in your computer or laptop.  Or, using a high-speed charger like those for today’s mobile phones.

Before returning your torch please email WarrantyReturns@PhotonicTherapyInstitute.com with the following information:

  • Date of receipt (or purchase)
  • Name of the PTI Representative
  • Reason for Return
  • Address for reshipment

Once your return is confirmed by our manufacturer, send a letter containing the information above with the Torch only (not the rest of the kit stuff or battery) to:

Email your shipping confirmation receipt with above information to WarranyReturns@PhotonicTherapyInstitute.com. Once received, we will ship out a replacement torch by USPS Priority Mail.
